This one is off Eastport Rd, as was specified in the local news article posted a while back.

If you look on the COJ website here http://maps.coj.net/luzap/SearchZoningPublic.aspx and zoom into this area, it appears to be all Smurfit Stone Container Corp (now RockTenn).

But this is all pure speculation on my part...
