I had forgotten about your post. In any case, a deal with T-mobile, a major European heavyweight ("Look to Europe first" as someone once wrote), seems to me to make the most sense.

The pieces certainly look like they are coming together nicely and all of the PP's recent sensible questions about how NEOM will achieve adoption are on the verge of being answered.
