How do you know they are not even close to launching the website?

Mylottoclicks isn't even close to getting launched and might never get launched as the company has no funds to get it to that stage...

Uhhh,, Pretty sure they paid Helpful Technologies 100 million restricted shares to do that for them,,,

assumptions including adequate funding to even launch the website

Not sure but I think that's what a License and Services agreement is suppose to provide for the buyer,, just saying..
