KBLB is unfortunately in the failure category until they get a partner.
It is up to the penny stock CEO now, and that is where the problem lies.

KBLB has not yet succeeded.
That does not mean that they have failed.
By your labeling criteria every development stage company is a failure until they are no longer a development stage company.

KBLB's CEO has done an exemplary job so far.
There is no reason to expect him to do less in the future.
