Yes I seem to remember that James Scott owned 500 mil restricted shares, so viewing the number now it would appear that Don Woods recieved restricted shares from Scotts balance, I just don't remember the date they become un-restricted but could find out with the articles of incorporation from the Secretary of State of New Jersey. As it is, I believe that our marriage with Team Energy provides them with a much needed dowry, pleez spend it wisely and practice good business ethics and with a bit of good fortune we will be golden, IMO.

If you dont sound like an insider, nothing does. How can you have that information and it not be public? How do you know James still has 300mil shares? Why would a legitimate company with legitimate revenue only take a 20% stake in a shell company that has ZERO revenue ZERO executives and ZERO value?
