It has much to do with the impact of the company going into receivership. All the players (some are posters) who don't have legitimate shares, including the board, will have no return on the impending positive outcome, play a roll in any poptential reconstitution of the company, and have possible criminal charges to answer for. I think Dave is actually the only one who has legitimate shares (skin in the game) and spent money out of his pocket for furtherance of company needs.
