No, audits aren't cheap and most companies can't afford them, yet there will always be those asking the same question, "Why won't they file audited fins with SEC?", implying they don't want to show their real numbers or some such thing. I discount such posts because they always leave out any discussion of the cost of audits. There are always two sides to any story and when posters leave out one, I see their posts as unbalanced and therefore should be skeptical.
