S Hag my apologies , I thought you were talking about the meeting in Texas. Not the bashing fiasco in California. I too had dropped all of the old BOD comments. I only bring up how bad DW was to Clyw and it's shareholders when people falsely praise him for a supposedly wonderful job he did. I have made the statement before DW is not the only bad egg Clyw had as a BOD. I hold all of them responsible for where we are today. I am hoping this judge sees the wrong done to Clyw and awards us accordingly. I would like to see shareholders awarded per share. Then once all have been paid if you want to reinstate fine but not until after. Like you I would not want any prior BOD's , relatives, friends, acquaintances, Clyw shareholder or any member of this board to have a part in Clyw, if it was reinstated.
