Clutch has a great point and as I have mentioned before the NOLS dna match have to match that of a merging company in order to receive them. In other words because of software development being the key focus of both companies, ASYI and GCS, the NOLS are eligable for consumption. IF GCS were in the fried chicken business the NOLS would not be able to be used. I have brought forth this SEC rule before so I won't take the time to dig it up again. Good work Clutch and bring on the merger already.

jetengine software belonged to Dynamic(a California corp) aka Joseph Bendik.

UNTIL ASYI successfully acquired JetEngine

I guess "DD" missed the fact that ASYI didn't "acquire" the software but only licensed it from Dynamic.

I guess "DD" didn't turn up the fact that Dyanamic wouldn't/didn't renew the license for their software to ASYI last year.

Dynamic/Joseph Bendik "licensed" his "software" to ASYI and it was up to them to spend the money to commercialize it, which NEVER happened. All that info. can be found in SEC filings filed before they stopped filing. While talking about the jetengine software ASYI reported that it was "never fully commercialized."
I believe it was that software that gave Dynamic vote control in ASYI.

The "plan" was for ASYI to develop the software,(probably means make it work)and commercialize it.(probably means after they get it to work, market it and sell it)NEVER HAPPENED

Yes, failure after failure after failure after failure after failure........ means nothing because ASYI "RM news is imminent"

Just "slap the ask" for about a billion shares and we can get the "short squeeze started." Maybe, might take more.
