Just as has been mentioned before, millions of shares have been dumped/cashed in when the last significant news came through which kept the share price in check. I believe the number of shares that were bought at discounted rates for loan conversion or by investors who just got in near the 52 week low is reaching a level that the next big press release of new orders or payments being made will lead to huge gains.
