Is Shiva Prakash mentally handicapped? Good question you raise, but I wouldn't even suspect that even though his Tivus management and business platform has literally ripped off hundreds of hapless investors whom believed that the man may possibly be competent and also that the business plan appeared to be quite good.
Heck, I even wanted to believe that the recent activity with business in India and all would suggest that the company had finally come to life and might possibly make up for the cluster and dilution of the past three years. I'm still waiting and have all the faith possible that Mr. Prakash is not only sane and sound, but he is about to shine as the great leader he is capable of being. We all will recognize his accomplishments and revel in the wisdom of our investments and good faith and trust in Shiva and his team. And all this may come about before the next RS. Life is good, TIVU is fantastic!
Now, as for shareholders holding Mr. Prakash responsible for their financial losses, that may be another subject altogether, which I am not in the least qualified to pass judgement on. But I do know how to read a chart and the press releases and the share structure and I am having a real hard time seeing anything but a con scam paper hanging business agenda here. But I admit that I may be mistaken and that my more positive sentiments are closer to reality. Question I have is how long do we wait before pursuing our options as investors. How much dilution and how many stories do we simply take with smiles on our faces? You tell me!
As for reality, this may not be some investors cup of tea.
