Actually my friend, you've got that completely backwards.

The initial financing is ALL ABOUT getting product in stores and producing revenues which, in addition to current profitability of the processor, will bolster SMKY's case for receiving the second round of financing, the $25M, which is all about the acquisitions.

Gotta keep the facts straight here. Please, please, don't take this personally, but if you're not informed of the facts, let's not be answering questions incorrectly.
