No such thing as "friendly" financing...I don't care who they did out of the shadows. Nothing "friendly" about borrowing money and repaying it at a very high cost. No way will they find anything that will be "friendly" to anyone but the CEO.

Depends who you ask . Toxic, death spiral and York financing is unfriendly but desperate times some pinkys find them as the pot of gold until they experience how they do business.
