Great looking Risk vs. Reward set-up.

When you combine this with the fact it has a past history of "being able" to bounce along with what appears to be the start of a large advertising program starting (see report below), things are lining up to produce what is hopefully is good time for all involved!

It's bounced off this $.19 - $.21 area BEFORE, so the question becomes, is it ready to ba-ba-ba-bounce again?
