Outside of the US they use a different format on the date
So your article of 09/03/2012 10:53:00 is really
March 9th 2012 not September 3rd.

As the text of the article says
"The newly established website CasinoLeaks-macau submitted a letter on March 7 to the Nevada Gaming Commission and the Nevada Gaming Control Board"

That web site has also been shut down.
