Any documentation of these fundings?

Larry mostly help's fund public companies through his company, Bravo International.

Both stocks used virtually the same Press Releases to con people into believing they are/were working on getting oil out of the ground.

They are not.

Buy an inexpensive 'lease'. Make an agreement to "farm-out" the lease. Make arrangements for a 3-D seismic survey.

Nothing happens while insiders are owed money for those three things but for really doing absolutely nothing. Larry tells people that things are progressing but they are not. Bravo is never mentioned in either the other company or Rainchief's SEC filings as a provider of funding which would require full disclosure as an Investor Relations person while supposedly also being an insider funding these companies.

Both the other company and RCFEF's share prices have tanked while neither has produced one drop of oil while syphoning shareholders' $$$ into their pockets. But the story never changes; it will just go quiet here like it did on the other stock with the same Press Releases.
