HQSM -- Lots of Unverifiables

I too sold on this latest runup. Bought some after the latest 10-Q looked fairly clean, except for a goofy loan agreement. But I've continued to try and research to find anything verifiable . . . . and really can't verify anything.

I had emailed Norbert back when "Suisse Finance" came out with their analyst's "report." I told him I'd never heard of them and asked for further details of who they are and why he thought they were legit. He emailed me back with the same info in the press release and gave me the guys phone number. But that doesn't mean anything, because these days you can get a phone number anywhere. With Vonage, et al, it's easy to make it look like you've got offices in New York, Toronto, Los Angeles, almost wherever you want. And you can be answering all of those calls right from your computer.

So I was suspicious back then, but gave them the benefit of the doubt. The only other reference on Google to "Suisse Finance Holding SA" is a report on another bb company NCEY. Recommended at $1.25 now at $.50

The Suisse Finance website doesn't exactly build one's confidence either. It's a template that hasn't even been filled in:

http://sfholding.ch/

And why is some Swiss company recommending dinky bulletin board American stocks? Just doesn't make sense. Suisse Finance also sounds like a name they're hoping you'll confuse with Credit Suisse or some legit firm.

-But this latest thing with Market Advisors Inc makes HQSM look all the more flaky. Search for these guys and you'll see the FCC has gone after them for sending junk faxes. There is no website, as far as I can tell. This "firm" looks like a guy who sends out faxes to people. It's amazing that that's all you have to do to make a stock move. Just pretend that you're a big Wall Street analyst (not that the big guys are any better). I'm guessing they just give a high "target price" and sell well before then.

Search around for awhile and you'll find that nearly every company these guys have been associated with is a scam. It appears to just be some guy in Nebraska with a fax machine, literally:

-The HQSM website shows a picture of the "Sea Best" brand. Sea Best is actually sold at Walmart Supercenters. On the back of the package it says it is distributed by Beaver Street Fisheries out of Florida:

I've written to them about a week ago asking if they deal with hqsm. No response yet.

I also wrote to Norbert asking if Sea Best was their own brand or another company's brand. Do they sell directly or through distributors? He never got back to me. Before, he was always very prompt in replying. But then I was asking questions where he was the sole source of information. When I ask for third party verfication, I get no response.

It's never a good sign when you can't verify things independently. Never. XCHC.OB had a great sounding story too and turned out to be a complete scam. The company was always the sole source of info.

-So as of now, I don't like the looks of HQSM. I was always a little iffy on it, but this Market Advisors thing pushes it over the top. If I hear back from Beaver Street or Norbert I'll post it. Who knows, maybe it's all true. But I haven't been able to verify anything yet.
