Unlike other OTCQB stocks RadioLoyalty is real....it's growing fast....and makes a ton of money!

I, also did not like that specific term of the deal....the former owners(lux digital) should have been burdened with Asher. On the same token that means shareholders would have been burdened with the debt either way.
