I see things much more simple and clear

They need financing period. When...IF that should come and we cab see the details of what that financing entails then we will again have something worth discussing . If you're waiting on this friendly financing, its my opinion due to zero collateral , dilution maxed out, failed 6-7 yrs of execution, and topping it off with a chill these options you see are on a much shorter menu than you can possibly imagine.
Also,
Sales = after 6 years are HORRIBLE
Financials = after 6 years are tragic
Potential = depends if you are a dreamer or a realist.
