Most of the folks on this board have been here a long time and have done their DD. There are many great posts, but, you would have to take the time to go back and read them and make your own determination of who you think provides the best information. The CEO of RENU is a highly intelligent individual with a great vision and is very well connected and respected in business and government circles nationally and internationally. However, he doesn't like to share pertinent info with his subordinates or shareholders until he has everything worked out which has led to some misunderstandings and aggravation with him from his shareholders. But, it does not diminish his vision and skills. The original goal, solar energy, started out good and the CEO was merging RENU with several good solar companies, but, there was possibly a difference of opinion on how to conduct business and those mergers didn't pan out and he has been looking for another way to achieve his vision via other avenues. Luckily, he has a very savvy IR person working for him who has great negotiating abilities and excellent people skills who willingly communicates and responds to shareholders and most (if not all) of us like and respect him. Since our CEO has great contacts, intelligence, and attributes, but, lacked the proper vehicle to complete his vision, his esteemed IR guy came up with the deal with TEI. TEI has a great reputation and lots of projects completed and on-going including that fantastic deal in Pakistan which will bring in multi-millions of dollars over a 25 year period, plus, many other big projects to be shared after the deal/merger is completed. RENU apparently has other things to offer that will enhance TEI and a presence on the trading exchange and perhaps other attributes that will benefit them. So, the signed deal which we hope will be shared tomorrow followed by (hopefully) numerous PRs of pending TEI projects from our well-respected IR guy, will create a great deal of interest on Wall Street that will (hopefully) cause our PPS to move up (hopefully, rapidly), and, with any luck at all, those of us holding millions of shares will make a great deal of money and can retire in style, elegance, and comfort. Or, we can keep playing the stock market and lose it all! LOL! But, you should do your own DD and make your decision based on what you get out of all the info. All this is just my opinion, not a recommendation one way or the other.
