Only problem is that this is not considered an cash dividend payout.
You are given F-Shares that is not traded on the market. And such are not allowed in Swedish Kapitalförsäkring according to regulations.
It's not until 2014 when the company buys back the F-Shares you get cash payment.
The questions will end up with if the Swedish brokers can and want to work around this problem somehow.
