If its a tactic then the reverse will happen in days ahead. Manipulatiion of the pps won't stay low for long. Short week coming up but just enough for PSPW to turn around.

Disagree, the company clearly stated 60% ago, that they are in financial trouble. This may be dilution as company stated below.
