At that time I held that position - since that point in time I reduced my responsibilities with Rosni to devote time to other projects and Nina Svoboda resumed her position. I am planning to resume position of President and CEO on 12-1-2012.

Yes it is the same crest - US Oil is a Rosni Group Company

I now have a question for you: what difference does the crest make of 2 companies that have no relationship to the company in which you own stock? In addition what difference does it make to you which positions I hold or held in non related entities? You are aware that I only consult to MIHL and that I do not sit on the board of directors either currently or the one to be announced? I believe you are again going of on tangents away from questions on the company's intentions, plans or future. How much stock do you currently hold and under what name?

Although you inquiries have links or documents referenced most of these links and documents are not pertinent to MIHL, it's plans and future. I think you need to narrow your scope of DD to pertinent facts. Again you are not a prosecuting attorney on a "fishing expedition" but a shareholder in a start-up company. I think you need to start acting as shareholder - you will get much more cooperation that way then when you act as if you are in Court in an adversarial system. I want to believe that we are all on one side - the side that wants to see MIHL succeed.
