At market close friday with PPS at $.0031/share , market cap of the whole PCFG empire was only about $2.7 Million dollars. A 5% stake at that price would cost only $137 grand, about 2 days of trading volume.

For the price of a 500K progress payment, Blackfire could own 18% of the whole PCFG empire if it could be acquired at that price...unless massive dilution is occurring that hasn't been announced yet.
