It is a Canadian company, incorporated in Nevada, and business in China. The business includes children clinics, pharmaceuticals and neutraceuticals, medical software... First western style clinics in China and they are easy to communicate with by email or phone. They seem to be knowledgeable about the business. However there are a lot of grey areas, but maybe due to lack of funding and high debt. I personally am convinced they are legitimate just waiting for them to clear the grey areas and hurdles...
