the drug is already FDA approved but something else other than hot flushes.Doctors can prescribe it for any indication other than that approved by FDA,it is called OFF LABEL USE.Like using Xalatan eye drops(used for glucoma) to increase the length of lashes and flomax(used for prostate) for kidney stones.

SO THIS IS AN ALL IN ONE DRUG THAT IS BEING TRADED ON THE OTC MARKET INSTEAD OF THE BIG BOARDS? :-D
