That's because it is NOT CAVR. Stated so in the very first paragraph in the post, it was NOT CAVR, but some other company. Reference is a different company that specializes in Saltwater disposal, the company runs about $2 per share. The background exerpt of the company showed it had spent millions in truck purchases to get to that pps:
