Dag, with no response from BigOwl and your comments, was the Yahoo share count accurate...And I also noticed that Big O is no longer listed as a mod.....

with HDSN still selling and the company silent it seems as the TA has told the truth

That would be the worst possible news
Financing is one thing
Insider selling by Ken, and or Tim, quite another
Especially after the salaries posted

That would mean the Steads have sold aprox 180m Shares.....

This will leave the whole SS in question also.

Dagg if that's the case then It is safe to assume that the drill results are not up to par from RR or from HC if the did do more drilling on that property also. If the were any good then we would have gotten a pr already with those results. The reason for my understanding is why let the PPS drop at this level while holding good drill results, or for the company to be selling shares at these low levels for financing and have good results to be announced and could be selling at a much highter price range.

One hundred and sixty million at .02-.03 is between 3.2 to 4.8mil dollars.Very Illogical from this perspective. Or is this the Royal Sh_ _ting? I just got out of Jail. Pun intended!LOL

Actually Very Good info! Old Information is constantly being posted that is still Very Helpful and Good for Katx, All know PPS can change anytime, but valuable information is Always Welcome :D
