IMO!!! They are installing the wheels on the microfill as we speak in a local NY JUNKYARD!!!When complete they will haul it out of there. Then they will come up with a PR about a R/S so they can finish the project!!!! You know the project!! The one that was already done and going to one of the biggest conventions a year ago!!!!
