It's a start. BTW, will you feel better if he resign his position and someone else can run the company. Any suggestion?

Mr. Goldberg will have to do all possible to stay away from the subject of treasure hunting , treasure museum and especially the boat in any interview. Why? The following are verifiable facts;
1. There is no Active Dominican Republic - MEI contract. That died when they lost Webber and it expired.
2. There is no Ocean World Museum with MEI treasure, or anything else on display because they have no
Artifacts or treasure. All that is frozen by the government for MEI non-payment of some sort of fees. Webber
And divers wild hold lien against it if and when released for large sums of unpaid salaries .
3. As I saw was posted some time back. The boat is aluminum. All boats go into dry dock minimal of once
A year. Their boat "Hispaniola" has not been in dry dock in over three years. Bottom of boat now very
Questionable state. Certain mechanical machinery, air compressors in major, need of repair.
4. The boat is U.S flag / Coast Guard registered. It's sitting in a foreign port in a state of abandonment with
No captain, no engineer, no crew (and no divers). Based on the hull neglegence (bottom of the boat), it's
Questionably dangerous. Although still under lien because of diver law suits, if by miracle it ever left
Port and crewed by any Americans, it would be immediately reported to the U.S. Coast Guard. The
Dominican Navy has it under. Constant observation so it's not going any where.
5. The word is out for a long time in the treasure hunting community about how MEI operates. Never again
Will they have people of credibility working for them like Webber and his team.

Strongly advise Mr. Goldberg to focus on the water makers and anything else that's new and verifiable.

Hey VF, I just say this post and couldnt help but correct,

"Since that flurry of silliness, we've had No less than SIX fluff PR's. Not a one was brought to fruition."

I dont think many people who are playing the penny game would consider acquiring a company a fluff PR. Especially one that is holding 3 patents on their technology. That is something that cannot be said of their competitors, that you have shown previously.
