Personally, I don't call this a run, semantics...but 3 - 4 times the 90 trading average of late is easier to stomach.
To my liking and an indcator of some level of renewed confidence based on whatever....if 5 to 10% of the approx 275 Mln float traded consistently, we'd probably see more uptick.
