Red, no matter how deep our discussions go one fact is a reality--this company's stock might be down in price but the business has become more transparent and we basically know what is taking place and what is needed to move forward.
I believe that funding and loans within China have reached the limit and that is why Tse was called in to do the job outside. Tse was previously connected with a company in Canada and I believe he might actually be a resident of Canada, same as Doug.
I am sure he has not taken the task given him lightly, and I AM CERTAIN (as I have already stated) that he will get the needed funding VERY, VERY SOON! Allow the month of September for the deal to be concluded and then we take it from there!
