Right, the requirement is 90 consecutive trading days. That is more than 3 months, but we have to start somewhere.
IMO we won't be able to uplist this calendar year, but by the end of the fiscal year isn't completely out of the question. There is gonna be one heck of a battle once we get close, though! Those MM's will be at risk of losing a cash machine in a stock, and IMO they will do everything in their power to derail it as much as possible.
I have complete faith that we will get there, and the audited fins are the biggest stride in that direction that JR could make IMO. When big money starts pouring into this, we could see that requirement met rather quickly. I feel we will need a good cushion though to combat the efforts of the MM's to get us below .10 once we get there, so I would be nervous until we hit like .15 or better.
Thats just me, but I'm sure there are others that would agree we will be dancing above and below that requirement for a bit until we get well beyond it...just look at what we've been doing with .015!
No worries here, though. I feel a buyout is imminent and that is what I'm waiting for; even public offers will send this bad boy to the asteroid belt!!!
