No. They are not responsible for taking that action. File a class action against them if you want but you won't get anything unless you sue Calvin and or Giovanni individually as HFBG has nothing of true value.

The SEC doesn't get involved with returning shareholder money. You and yourself are the only ones to protect your money by not investing too much into these POS companies.

Second would be Brad Godfrey.
Third Calvin/Giovanni/Jessica/Greg.
I have done research on this (lawyers) and that is want i was told.

With all the lies and bogus PRS there is a slim chance.
