"Source" is as vague as a palm reader. Nice generalizing "possible existence of a new LOI" LOL That could be true of any company in the world! "new LOI could trigger a monster run" another LOL What isn't a monster run when the company has CRUSHED investors holding down to .0001 PPS?

I hope nobody falls for this useless "source" garbage AGAIN.
