really - no kidding - its a flat fee - i've only bought and sold up to 100,000 shares at a time so anything over that i cannot confirm the commission on (without looking it up)
and i don't know about an inactivity fee as i always have some trade going weekly
i know i was inactive about 1 1/2 years ago for 6 months - they were doing the 25 trades for free for opening an account - i called them up and said since i was inactive, if i deposit $2000, can i get the 25 trades for free and they did indeed give them to me
