Then not only look at the Texas SOS, and look at the filings that report directors and don't report directors, but, you can even ask Serf in what capacity of authority PT deemed to speak with authority, that was duly and publicly transmitted, including calling shareholders himself well past that date. I have Serf's own posts and other shareholder stories that would contraindicate.

Zig, If pt is in not a director or member of mgmt since 2003, then why wait 2 years to set the record straight. I think this is just par for the course when it comes to pt and his inability to tell the truth. If that isn't crystal clear I'll spell it out. I think pt is a low-life liar.

Call and ask for the date of the latest and most recent affimative filing that Paul Taylor is, IN FACT, Director and President.

Texas not only said that he has a duty to update, but that he also made an AFFIRMATIVE filing in mid-2004 covering him for the 2005 period, which is now.

Your lie should lead these fleeced shareholders into new and bloodier waters.
