Will SP deliver the news with clarity and conviction? Disclosure on compensation, how they will be paid and what Tivus will receive in return?

If these good folks, who are to comprise the BOD, become vested members of the company (put your money where your mouth is) with a willingness to accept stock options as compensation, then this could be huge.
