UNQT Management doesn't deserve to have a company with 2M in assets, something needs to change at the top asap if this is going to go anywhere. The incompetence here is almost unreal, they made those scumbags at Fairhill money while costing themselves and us shareholders LOL. Funny thing is though that it would actually be a benefit to UNQT if they're one of the 100 companies that Fairhills screwed over because once Fairhills is barred they won't be able to dilute the rest of those shares they bought for 370k
Only 10 of the approximately 100 companies involved were listed as representative examples. It would be too overwhelming to list the details of all 100. It appears the SEC chose the 10 cases in which Fairhills Capital made the biggest profit.
