MDCE would be unlikely to face any such restrictions. As with most nations, China is sensitive to photographs being taken of certain military installations and things like that. So is the US. And certain businesses don't like to be photographed either. But again, that's quite common across the West. Taking pix of a regular building or on the street in China is fine. We may set our own restrictions when it comes to takings photos inside a working clinic. That is normal everywhere.
