According to Scaglione, "through some subsidiaries, Stryker came to them to become their largest investor". He said Stryker holds the mortgage on the 117' vessel. Of course he also termed the boat as being worth "multi-millions". lol (that's been disputed by many), and said the lien is for about half it's value.

I doubt the lien holder is thrilled with the deterioration of the vessel. Sure can't be happy that the lien for "half the value" is now a lien that's 2-3 times more than the value.

Speaking of the TA, they have their hands full. They thought they might be able to quote the restricted this week, but no such luck. I'll try again tomorrow or Friday.
