Tinroad: I am saying that you can either confirm or rule it out by discussing it with either EMI or Putnam. Because Putnam is famous for refusing to simply say no, when EDIG is not involved, it would be more reliable to find out from EMI.
Have you tried to confirm it, or do you prefer to post it as "connect the dot" speculation?
