Easy, ask around here, even - and bear in mind that iHub ain't even slightly a typical cross section of all their subscribers, most ain't never even heard of iHub - I'd wager a beer that most here are getting alerts about as often as I am. If every account of the great many here ain't received an alert yet, then there's your answer. I already know the answer, myself. They are staggering alerts which gives them greater control! MOST APS subscribers - which damned sure ain't members here, thus never piggy backed the alerts of others here - have never even heard of 'V'. They alerted 'V' much less than this play initially & to this point.
It ain't rocket science, if you have several subscriptions to APS &/or several of its sisters, ask yourself or anybody you know that does this: Are they ALL getting alerts consistently, if at all, yet?
There it is > only a fraction (prolly only about half) of all subscribed APS accounts, as well as the sisters, have been alerted for PRTN thus far.
