Isn't it incredibly paradoxical that Ntephe burns through $40 million and it never even dawned on him that it might be a good idea to get some exploration work done on even a single acre and now he trying to scam shareholders out of another $40 million so he can become the great explorer ??
Not one acre for 40 million dollars and now they actually expect the market to have confidence that they are going to explore Chad, Kenya and throw in the EEZ for a chaser. And besides that he actually thinks he can con the markets by hiring an exploration manager ???? OMG.
Also this little video of Mr Technician that appeared to be impressive to some, when critiqued, besides saying how impressed and excited he was, boiled down to him saying that in effect he was going to download some old seismic data on his laptop !
