Good news noted in the NT-10K filing Village Man:

We expect that we will report a net income for the year ended December 31, 2013, as compared to a net loss of approximately $5,850 for the year ended December 31, 2012. However, as of the date of this filing, the financial accounting and auditing of the Company for the year ended December 31, 2013 has not been completed. The Company cannot estimate its net income for the year ended December 31, 2013 because only preliminary financial information is available at this time.
