I figure the amount left would be around 40,000,000 - 50,000,000 shares.

Since August 1st, representing 21 trading days, 4 days up and 17 days down.

We started August at $0.0100 PPS

Total volume 159,167,332

How I figure it:

$500,000 Note converted around an average PPS of $0.0025 for total shares of 200,000,000. The average I am using is so low based on the VWAP impact. As the price has steadily gone down from the start of August that VWAP is quickly going down along with the discount percentage.

Just my guess.
