That was a "legal opinion" from 2009!! That was 3 years ago! It has nothing to do with todays BBDA.

BBDA is now debt free and has had 8 straight quarters of profits. There will be no further dilution and share buyback plan is planned for end of year.

Products are now in 78 Walmarts in SC. and placements in surronding states are being discussed for this fall. Walmart is involved with new commercial which shows great interest of Koma Unwind by this retail giant. Also, a Euro-Asia deal is soon to be announced, and a new brand extension, "Retreat Cola", is being rolledout this fall showing company confidence in its current and future product line.

What happened 3-4 years ago is ancient history. BW took over a company 4 yrs ago that was a wreck and did what had to be done to make BBDA the profitable company that it is today.
