but I can guess

Since AVIX has not been a reporting company on the OTCBB since 2003, the 20 million shares probably represents the LAST VALID INFORMATION that the BB had on them

The pink sheet share information is probably very close to correct, but more important is the size of the float at 50 million, and it is my bet that the recent activity on the stock has lowered that amount by a few million
