Didn't WAMUQ common end up with recovery in the form of WMHI? Those who bought the lows of WAMUQ would most definitely not be "bigtime upside down" in fact they would be bigtime in profit.
In my book that makes your statement false - "we are all bigtime upside down there with a long time to wait to just break even on initial investments".
