The really sad part is that the SEC has all the pieces to this scam and they will not leave their air conditioned office to do their jobs.
That is the only reason Dror can play his "I'm a businessman" crap.
It appears that one scam ain't enough to feed this gang so they look to be ganging up with the ol worthless crowd again over at HSCO. That would explain why they both need 6 billion shares.
When your only business is dumping shares to the public you really do need that huge AS authorized by the as* Drorster.
